Bio: I am a PhD candidate at the University of Haifa, department of Information Systems. In my spare time I read books by (GNU) Sir Terry Pratchett, play video games and bake gluten free sourdough bread.

Research: My research advisors are Professor Mor Peleg from the University of Haifa, department of Information Systems and Samson Tu from Stanford University, School of Medicine. The main focus of my research is the Health informatics field and specifically Decision Support systems for complex multimorbidity patients. For my Masters, we developed the GoCom (Goal Comorbidities) system – a goal-oriented methodology that combines clinical practice guidelines and general medical knowledge to produce recommendations for treatment of patients with multimorbidity [1]. I also did an internship at IBM [2] through the program offered by the University of Haifa Data Science Research Center [3], where we used Machine Learning to identify future kidney cancer patients according to their current comorbidities.  Currently, as part of my PhD, we are working on the CAPABLE project [4] that is a part of the European Union Horizon 2020 program. CAPABLE is a system for improving the quality of life of cancer patients. The main aim is to help detect, mitigate and manage adverse events that occur due to cancer treatments.
